There are NO same day appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 48 HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED TO CANCEL
Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Regardless of your reason for needing to re-schedule or cancel, please do so 48 hours at absolute minimum before your scheduled appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. A non-refundable retainer for the full service amount is required for all services scheduled 30 days out to remain on the schedule. Appointments are a time commitment scheduled in advance between you and I. Please do not schedule an appointment you can not commit to.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please allow 48 hours notice of the appointment date to receive a transfer of your non-refundable retainer for the full service amount to the new appointment date. If given less than 48 hours notice, the non-refundable retainer for the full service amount will not transfer to a future appointment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice of your scheduled appointment will result in a loss of the non-refundable retainer for the full service amount. Subsequent appointments from the cancelled session resulting in the loss of the non-refundable retainer for the full service amount will require a new non-refundable retainer for the full service amount. In the event the new non-refundable retainer for the full service amount is not paid within 48 hours of the cancelled appointment via Square invoice, all future appointments will be cancelled on your behalf.
If you have a gift card or have purchased a package, I also reserve the right to automatically deduct payment in full to cover your cancelled appointment from these funds.
In the event that I can not render services, your non-refundable retainer for the full service amount will transfer to your next scheduled appointment.
My time is valuable and your appointments are planned for, prepared for and scheduled specifically for you.
2 HOUR APPOINTMENTS
Appointments that are 2 hours or longer are required to pay a non-refundable retainer for the full service amount at the time of booking.
CONTAGIOUS ILLNESS OR FLU
If you are ill, please call or email me to let me know you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment as soon as possible. I will not render services in cases of contagious illness or flu due to the safety and consideration of my other scheduled guests. Please note: Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice of your scheduled appointment will result in a loss of the non-refundable retainer for the full service amount.
MULTIPLE CANCELLATIONS
Any client who has two cancellations in a one year time period will be required to pay a non-refundable retainer for the full service amount for any and all future appointments to remain on the schedule.
NO-SHOWS
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Your non-refundable retainer in full will be applied to this session and will not transfer to a future session. If you have a gift card, pre-paid session or have purchased a package, I also reserve the right to automatically deduct payment in full to cover your missed appointment from these funds. This policy also applies to appointments made and cancelled in the same day. Please note my time is valuable and when you book an appointment and no show, it is unfair to not only me but other clients who would have scheduled that time.
LATE ARRIVALS
Appointments have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given you will be responsible for the “full” session, your non-refundable retainer for the full service amount will be applied (For example, if you've originally booked a 75 minute session and show up 15 minutes late, I only have time to complete a 60 minute session. You will still be charged for the cost of the 75 minute session that you originally scheduled). Please contact me by phone at 540.220.9291 if you expect to be late. I generally will wait for you for 15 minutes, and then it is assumed that you are not going to show up, and I may leave the studio or call my next client to come in early. Out of respect and consideration to other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early to your appointment. I do not have a public waiting room and see clients individually. Each service is curated and I have intentionally scheduled your appointment time to allow for thorough cleaning and sanitation in-between each guest.
RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICES
I reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time. You may be liable for payment of the terminated session. In the case of a pre-paid session, package, or a gift card, it may be considered used (and no refunds will be given) if any of the following apply.
Reasons may include (but are not limited to):
Being under the influence of pain killers (otc/prescription), alcohol, or other drugs or intoxicants (massage may not be safe if you cannot gauge pain)
Contagious Illness such as flu or cold
Poor hygiene - Please be relatively clean (bathed within the past 24 hours)
Being rude or disrespectful
Being late, cancelling last minute, or chronic rescheduling of appointments
Lack of reasonable communication about appointments currently on the schedule when contacted directly
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event that there is inclement weather, all appointments will be rescheduled as your safety is of the utmost importance to me.
THE WAIT LIST
My longtime regular clients and their referrals will always take first priority. In my practice, I believe in always taking care of my loyal clients first. I can not offer an exact estimate at this time as to when I will open my schedule to new clients. If you previously signed up for my wait list, I will reach out to you when and if I have a cancellation based on the days and services you submitted. At this time, I can not give you an estimate as to when I will be able to accommodate your request because I can only see a new client if a regular client cancels. As much as I would love to be able to help everyone, there are only so many hours in a day available and only one of me.
NEW CLIENTS
I am not accepting new clients, whenever I am able to accept a new client from the wait list they will be required to pay a non-refundable retainer for services in order to schedule an appointment. I will wave the credit card fee normally associated with credit cards and invoices for this first booking. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please allow 48 hours notice of the appointment date to receive a transfer of the non-refundable retainer to the new appointment date. If given less than 48 hours notice, the non-refundable payment in full retainer will not transfer to a future appointment.
PACKAGES
Packages are available for purchase in a series of 5 with a 10% discount on Barefoot Massage, Spa Relaxation and Warm Bamboo sessions. Packages are not refundable or transferrable. Packages are for individual use only, they're not to be split with another person or persons. Packages expire within 1 year of purchase date.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
I do not sell gift certificates.
RETAIL
I am confident in the efficacy of the products I use and do not accept returns or offer exchanges. All Sales Are Final.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
Cash, Visa, Master Card, PayPal or Venmo. For your convenience, there is a 3% convenience fee for credit cards.
